Sheena & Elrio's Wedding

One of my grade school classmates got married yesterday, 12/12/12. I know a lot of couples got married that day so I am really honored to be attending one of it. I knew my classmate, Sheena is getting married but I didn't really expect that I will get invited together with some of our other classmates, my grade school bestfriend and another couple, Flossie & Happy.

I was really excited to attend this event because I haven't attended weddings in a while. I am a hopeless romantic and I've always wanted to witness the a celebration of love of two people.

With the nature of my job wherein I am always staying at home mingling with my nephews, I am always itching to attend events where I will be given a chance to dress up and be beautiful. My friend Rain is a certified make-up artist and I've always wanted to try her services and promote it. (Yes, I'm a supportive friend like that!)

The wedding is at 4PM and the church is just 15 minutes away from where I live. I dropped by Rain's place first for the hair & make-up session. After two hours, here's my fresh look.

What do you think? I'm just a guest but my make-up is so bongga! Who cares? LOL

Clarizza & I arrived at the church a few minutes after 4PM. The principal and secondary sponsors have walked the aisle already. Good thing we were still able to see another friend, Ellen, who happens to be the maid of honor, walk the aisle.

Super starving pero smile pa rin! =)

Pica-pica for our table. Nagkahiyaan pa LOL

Remember the part where the bride will throw her bouquet? This is it but it's just different and funny. The bride will choose the girls and have them drink a bottle of San Mig Light. Whoever is the last one to empty the bottle, she'll have the bouquet. Icha and I were chosen, but we don't wanna have the bouquet, so we were the first ones to finish the bottle LOL.

We're going home =)

Finally, I was able to take a shot of my entire outfit. Almost everything came from my online shop, Churbish, except for the shoes, the bag, the earrings and the neon bracelets.

The day was so traditional but simply beautiful. There was so much laughter and joy throughout the day and as they danced the night away. We were so honored to be a part of this wonderful ceremony. Congratulations again, Sheena & Elrio! =)
